Automobile cabin air filter paper pleating machine ES-061-6

The automobile cabin air filter paper pleating machine  ES-061-6 is designed for automatically slitting and pleating air filter paper into folded shapes ,it is widely applicable to activated carbon cloth, and other filter papers with good folding line , The folding distance is adjustable.

The maximum air filter paper width to be processed is 600mm ,the pleating height ranges 8-55mm ,the pleating speed ranges 0-120 folds  per minute ,customer can set the speed based on production requirement. 

The pleating are done by both upper and down knife with preheating temperature ranges 0-200℃， the preheating power is 3KW , the folding line of air filter paper becomes permanant after heat pleating knives

The pleated air filter papers are in good shape after pleated by the automobile air filter paper folding machine and high productivity and labour saving compared to do it manually .

they will work together to pleat the paper into different height , the pleating line is permanant after the pleating knives 

are heated in pleating process. 

3, Slitting knife , the filter paper will be slitted into different small width by the slitting knives , customer can load the amount 

slitting knives based on the slitting width .
